Dr. Mayank Kejriwal is a research assistant professor at the University of Southern California (USC) and a research lead in the Center on Knowledge Graphs at USC’s Information Sciences Institute, with a passion for developing real-world AI systems that can be used to crack formidable socio-technical problems. His research, primarily funded by DARPA, has been used to fight national human trafficking and for effectively mobilizing resources in the wake of natural disasters. Dr. Kejriwal was nominated as a 2019 Forbes 30 under 30 in the Science category and is serving as a red judge for the IBM AI XPrize competition.
